ETL windows based application using visual studio/C++ or C#/MS SQL server. Data from 5 tables in the Source database has to be moved to 5 table in the Destination database. I have written the pseudo-code steps in the attached file Optimize2MUC-ETL-steps. txt file. I will give you the back up of Source database (MS SQL backup) after accepting the project proposal.
