Elevator facial recognition/ interactive music experience

We are an elevator project management company primarily handling ripouts, installations, modernisation and enhanced passenger experiences in lifts in Australia.
We want to combine head counting/facial recognition hardware with a music list, so that the music changes depending on the number of people in the lift. We want someone to advise on the necessary components to streamline production and develop the software to speak to the hardware.
We want to own the proprietary rights to the software and to be able to collaborate on further bespoke programming options as required.
The proposed system has already been installed at the QT hotel in Sydney. I have attached a file here so that you can see an example of what we are looking for.
