I am looking for an engineer and a computer science expert experienced in computer vision machine learning, Artificial intelligence and deep learning and its applications in facial & face detection to design and develop a commercial software. The commercial software will be using Artificial intelligence and deep learning in detecting faces, including at what time, the gender, the age bracket and etc The goal of the the deep learning software will be used for Face ID Sign In/Sign Out of building …and keeping track of all visitors, staffs and members of an organisation. The software will be using a real time spreadsheet timeline and database to keep record of all the data and will be connected to the specific organisation timetable The software will be portable and compatible with IP cameras and indoor cameras ..all connected to a cloud or hard storage or a central server GUI for connecting Cameras to rooms and attendance. This software will be very smart and highly intelligent The freelancer must be an expert in programming in machine learning and autonomous programs including facial recognition software The goal is designing and developing an Intelligence system that can find people in the video and tag them for attendance. The System will identify when the persons face is visible as they exit or enter the premises

Hi, I have a lot of experience in Computer Vision applications / image and video processing in mobile and windows applications.
