I need a windows application in C# that involves preventing ARP spoofing attack according to an algorithm that i will send to you (a flow chart) The idea depends on building a trusted ARP table at the server PC and then distributing that trusted ARP table among other clients. The clients PCs will start to enter static ARP entries to their ARP Cache according to the trusted ARP table entries. The building of the trusted ARP table will take place after few authentication steps between Server app and eavh new host enters the network. The static ARP entry processes must be done automatically by the client app.

Dear Sir, I have work on multiple projects involving socket programming, your project involves socket communication to send different ARP packets from one system to other using a predefined protocol for authentication. I have worked on multiple projects which involved socket communication, I am well versed in C# socket APIs UDP and TCP both and have worked with binary protocols also. One of such project I completed here on freelancer.com. I was sending packets from Crestron processor to Bosch panel using tcp/ip sockets and receiving responses and parsing them. I have worked on project to send electronic module health using snmp protocol from bank atm machine to server, receive those packets on server side and parse and dump information in sql server databases. Another project involved audio/video streaming where I sent audio samples and video frames form one machine to other using tcp/ip sockets. Overall I have 13+ year software development experience using C#/dotnet APIs and well aware of Windows System level APIs using PInvoke which may involve in this project to manipulate system ARP table.
