Its completly based on building plan approvals process for goverment sector. The following application should embed the rules and regulations that i will provide and should compare the plan that are created by the civil engineers and should provide me reports whether it accepts the rules or not. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using .NET.. and SQL latest versions and i need it to be installed with complete backup setup usings servers.
