My company (a debt collection agency) would like to have a system. The system flow as follow:
1) Importing data (list of debtors) from excel
2) Make a call or send a message directly from inside the system using VoIP
3) Updating the data
4) Preparing (export) related report in multiple form (word / excel / pdf / text)
The other basic info regarding the system development:
1) Multiple level user group (such as normal staff, manager, admin, and super admin)
2) The data cannot be updated if no call has been made
3) We will use our own server
4) We will subscribe our own IP-PBX for VoIP
5) The system either web-based or standalone, but we prefer web-based
The complete details of project will be sent to the bid winner.
Additional:
6) To record and playback the calls
7) Details of calls (time, date, duration) stamped into the data
