This position supports the Founder of Crush Media, A Digital agency specializing in Funnels and Automation. The requirements include: ability to communicate effectively in Via ZOOM, SKYPE, TEXT and by phone, organizational abilities to include project management, the ability to post effectively on social media (twitter, FB, instagram, etc), the ability to post video, blogs, and/or articles on the back end of the company web site, assisting leadership and/or travel agent with travel bookings, and various simple data input and other projects as needed by leadership. This is a part time position that could grow into Full time as the company grows. Expect 5-10 hours of work per week with flexibility on time in, though some projects will be on deadlines and timelines, such as postings for website and on social media. Qualities we seek Thrives in a fast-paced work environment Possesses a fervor for learning and takes it upon oneself to learn new skills Enjoys working in a team environment but is self-driven Maintains an organized workflow Willing and able to work outside scope of job to aid company in other roles when needed Required skill sets: -Must live in the USA or Canada -Must have a Valid Passport for Travel Opportunities with the Founder - such as events ect. Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital marketer Deliver consistent idea generation above and beyond what is requested and develop those ideas both individually and with help from the Marketing Team. Thorough knowledge of all social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn Creates and plans high-quality social posts in a time sensitive manner switching between jobs and resources as priority dictates Experience with social media ad budgets and influencer networking Creates editorial calendars and syndication schedules Able to navigate paid social promotion and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation and coordinate actions Able to self-direct work and produce a final product from conceptual directions Desired Experience 3+ years of social media marketing work experience NOTE: This job description contains the basic requirements for the position and is NOT intended to be a complete list of responsibilities; other duties may be assigned.
