We are working on an NFT based P2E racing game for which we need a Twitter & Discord growth manager. RESPONSIBILITIES : A. Plan, implement and develop community growth strategies. B. Organise various community building initiatives to cultivate and grow the followings C. Develop and maintain the Discord community master calendar with daily updates, agenda, events D. Ensure activation is aligned across all channels and key stakeholders E. Search, identify and establish collaborative relationships with potential influencers and opinion leaders and align seeding tactics with partners to maximize engagement F. Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to share insights on community engagement and marketing efforts. G. Share complaints, suggestions, comments (positive or negative) coming from users in all digital channels to continuously improve engagement. H. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports & suggest to improve engagement Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in community platforms, social media and technologies. REQUIREMENTS : A. You have worked on atleast 4-6 projects B. You know about NFTs, P2E Games & Blockchain technology C. You are an individual. We are not looking for agencies Attach links to projects you have worked on or have managed their growth. Without links, we will not respond.
