Shopify custom product bulk buy page

Looking for someone to create a custom shopify page that will allow users to enter varying amounts of each product offered by the site and update their cart all at once, essentially creating a bulk ordering system.
The system will offer all variations of each product under a main product section, that has an independent input section for numbers.
Minimum order on every item (on the variation level) will be required and will vary between products, so a backend section to add minimum order requirements will be needed.
1 other custom meta section will be needed, which is the RRP of the product. Each item will also require a Wholesale price column, which simply needs to be the product price multiplied by 2 (productPrice * 2), because all orders on the site are only a 50% deposit.

No money will be released prior to completion of the job (milestone will be added/funded), with project budget set at $100.
