I have created many powershell scripts for Windows 10 and server machines. My day to day activity is indeed managing Windows machines and I have pretty good knowledge to breakfix issues. I can certainly create the requested script and make modifications when needed. Junk files can be removed from %temp% folder and scan files can be done through sfc scan.
