write javascript for SharePoint 2010 custom action tasks list

My requirement: 1. Tasks list functions includes - 1. select multiple tasks from the list via check-box, 2. click on "Assign" ribbon button to bring people picker option to assign all the selected tasks. Fig1 3. all the selected tasks updated with user chosen from assign button. and “status” field changed to "assigned". 4. Single email notification sent to user with all the assigned tasks listed. By using the same format as used by SPD in sending single email. Fig2. 5. wants to give user access to change only "status" field with 2 option ( in progress/complete ) , some person will be having full access to the list. 6. Each users view- enable custom user view only for user so they can see only their assigned tasks In the list. I already have a code for half part of the job, which is attached here with name AssignedTo. Fig1. I have already created a button as well referencing to the AssignedTo javascript functions. Problems: this code in not working in google browser due to activexobject use, which is why I want to change my approach with that function so I can use it in chrome and IE. Also, when selecting multiple tasks , ribbon button greyed out. Once the peoplepicker option pops up, I am able to select the user name and click ok, but updates not happening in Assigned To field of the selected Items. Fig 1 I also have some code other code which might help you in delivering this solution fast. Check the attached files and below notes: NOTE: I require steps by step instructions to implement the solution on my task list. I wants to runs this functions on other tasks list as well that’s why I don’t like to bound it to one list data references. I am in corporate environment, can't deploy farm solution or sandboxed solution . only option is via .js , workflows, tasks list validation. I need solution within 2 days. Don't bid if you can't deliver within timeframe and budget.
