strategic management on OYO ROOMS

I need you to write a report for the company OYO ROOMS where the introduction on company has to be around 400 words and executive summary for 200 words.

Here in internal environment we have to apply BCG MATRIX, VRIN FRAMEWORK and VALUE CHAIN. All the necessary analysis for all these three tools for OYO ROOMS for 450 words approx.

For external environment- Pestel analysis, Porters 5, Scp structured conduct performance, these three tools has to be applied and do the required analysis for OYO ROOMS. Words required to be 450 words approx.
