Re-Draw Existing Chalet Into Autocad

We have existing PDF files, but would like the files to be re-drawn into AutoCad so they can be one complete model in actual size. May also like to take the model 3D afterwards so that we can redesign the existing model. Looking for a drafter who can help us recreate these in AutoCad.
