3D Cafe/IT service rendering

Dear 3D Designers and animators, I need the rendering of the 3D cafe which will have IT service on the other side, like one counter will be the cafe and another one will be the IT service. I attached the floor plan. Please, have a look and please, excuse me I am not an architect. I draw the plan best I could. At the first stage of this project, I'll need: 1. The original file (Maya, Autodesk, whatever...) 2. Rendered footage 3. We need to leave the project gray without texture rendering because textures, logos, clothing, posters etc has to be approved - I need to work on them and get them approved first before I get it to you. Right now for this step, I will need the screen shots. 4. I need few people at the table and counters, I do not need them to move, just stand or sit there, they do not have to move. 5. 30-40 seconds of footage is good enough. Later I will get back to you to finish up textures and all other things but we will talk about it later. For now, I only need gray rendering and the original Maya/Autodesk file.
