Medical Imaging System Internal ID

Budget: 50$ Our project is a research project with a goal to deliver a complete web-based medical imaging platform. We are using a similar source like prototype-cornerstone [1] as a tool to display Medical Images (DICOM) from a DICOM Server [2]. At the moment, our system composes a DICOM Server that serves and manages DICOM Images as a PACS. On the other hand, we have a cornerstone similar system [1], that uses those DICOM Images to produce several operations over them. The prototype-cornerstone is just an incomplete sample of a similar code. The code regarding this project description is not the same since it has more functionality than this prototype-cornerstone. The structure is similar. The tasks regarding the present project are as follows: 1. Randomly generation of Internal ID; 2. Consume of the new Internal ID from the JSON files; 3. Visually change the current Patient ID from the new Internal ID; Understanding the task number (1) is trivial since the purpose is to randomly generate a new Internal ID. This Internal ID will substitute the current Patient ID so that we can use this new ID for several benefits regarding information anonymization. For the task number (2), while writing the new JSON files per each patient, we will add the new Internal ID on the JSON files. Therefore, we will have both Patient ID and Internal ID on those files. Finally, on task number (3), we aim to change the current list of Patient IDs on the table of medical images by the Internal ID.
