Develop PWA and rebuild Frontend using Next.js

We’ve developed a Job management System using ASP.NET Core, and jQuery. The backend is a .Net Core API with MSSQLDB. We want to port this application to a new frontend application using new technologies. The backend will stay the same, but an API will be provided. We’re looking for an experienced React / [login to view URL] developer with experience developing PWAs to redevelop our application in Next.js. We want to utilise all the features [login to view URL] has to offer. However, if an experienced developer feels we can create using create-react-app then we can discuss this further. Any additional input here would be appreciated. Your Daily work will consist of 8 hours, and you work goals will be posted on to a Trello board for you to ask questions and complete tasks etc. You will be uploading completed works via github to be tested and inspected. You can work hours to suit but we work from 06:00am - 18:00pm GMT We will share the existing application so the functionality can be examined prior to development. We’re looking for an experienced developer who is able to develop this project from scratch, and that can build clean folder structures. The hierarchy for this project will require: Public-Facing Website SEO is essential, so I would like to utilise SSR CMS would be useful Host Dashboard - Admin Dashboard for creating and managing tenants (managed internally) Used for Managing Subscriptions/Permissions/Roles etc The core parts of the system here are for managing payments and subscriptions. TenantDashboard - The part of the system users will interact with. We would like to develop this as a PWA instead of creating a standalone mobile application and the only core functionality we would like on a PWA. Host and Tenant users are different, and so are the Roles/Permissions. The Dashboard is effectively a number of small widgets with different functionalities based on permission. I.e. create a job widget, showing a list of jobs. The functionality will be explained prior to the development start date. Tailwind CSS/MaterialUI will be used to style the application. This project will be billed daily and isn’t a fixed-cost project. Experience with GIT is required.
