hi we ready do this ,but no direct video stream you must use a cloud server in the middle we use ffmpeg server which raspberry pi send the live strean to the cloud server and user connect to the cloud server to show the live stream and the live stream speed is will be fast or slow according your 3g speed

Ive built similar systems in the past, except the gps part, i made a remote video streaming device using the pi, adding in a gps wont be a big deal though, and inorder to get the streaming work over 3g or any cellular networks we will need so pass throughs, but other then that the project is straight forward and can give you the complete thing in under 3 days, feel free to text me for more information.

hello it will require setting up an streaming server like red5 for the video broadcast. and for gps it will need a web server. i can easily do this for you.

Hi Sir, I have 4+ years of experience as a python developer. My recent projects have been into RPI server setup. Presently I am working on as very similar project as of yours. I have already completed this part of the above mentioned project. We used ssh tunneling to set up a web streaming server on RPI which can be connected remotely over a browser.
