I need a script that gets climate data for specific lat/long coordinates from a csv file. The script should be able to get nitrous oxide emissions/month, co2 emissions/month, average precipitation/month, average temperature/month, for every month, from 2014 and on. The script should get updated data for any point I specify in the csv.

Hello, I can make it using VBA. because you need it from Excel and calculate for the datas. So I think using Exel VBA is the best and fast solution of it.
