Python Script to convert a text file.

Please help me convert a bash script to Python3; only bid if this is something to deliver in hours (not days or even tomorrow). Please take the attached script “[login to view URL]” in bash (my headache) and make it perform the same (similar) as the bash script. Please read what is here and examine the files; don’t miss these details and ask me to re-explain the same things. The correct output on the file “[login to view URL]” will be ([login to view URL] is not in this order) but these lines must be lined up this way.
