I recently had a project done where there is 80 numbers (1-80) and there is 20 winning numbers picked just as in keno. I wanted all the winning combos that start with 1 in numerical order. So it starts 01-02-03-04-05-06-07-08-09-10-11-12-13-14-15-16-17-18-19-20 next line will be 01-02-03-04-05-06-07-08-09-10-11-12-13-14-15-16-17-18-19-21 and so on. There's millions of combos. I had them write it in visual basic and let it run on excel. The problem with that is that the computer runs out of memory real fast because excel isn't able to handle all that. So I need it done in python and then put into a file that I can read it in excel. Should be very simple and fast.

I can write a python script that will generate all combinations of numbers, from the set [1-80] inclusive, where each combination starts with the number '01' and contains 19 numbers after. These 20 number length combos will be in numerical order and saved to a .csv (comma separated file) that can be imported into excel.
