Re-write my python script so that it has download limits, I have a forum which runs from an SQL database, i want certain user groups to have unlimited access and others to only be able to download 3 times in a rolling week period. My program is set up to deny access if the user hasn't registered on my forum, once they login it then gives them access to the downloads area. If you think you can do this then let me know, i will possibly need more from you in the future too! Thanks

was the usergroups already defined in the database ? can I have a look at the current db schema to understand how the tables are interacting with each other ? if there are already usergroups then it is easy to restrict the download limits.
