Hello, Greetings all. As a developer and entrepreneur, I am looking for a professional freelance proposal writer to assist with writing for potential bids/projects/contracts. Additional rewards will be paid if the proposals written lead to an awarded contract. I need someone who has attention to detail and I will also be heavily involved in this process. My role will be to produce info on the potential opportunity and the freelancers role will be to research and provide answers to the questions in the potential proposal. What about a guy who can.. 1. talk to customer, 2. understand the requirement, 3. Write a proposal, 4. get the proposal approved with customer, settle the project as well, 5. get the project awarded, 6. Assign the project to technical team 7. test the deliver < work> if as per the requirement of customer and in line to the settled WORK SCOPE. 8. fetch milestone payment, 9 close project with a 5 Start review. 10. build relationship during the process and push the customer for the next project... let us know if this what you want ..
