Millennium Translation is growing rapidly and to support its growth we are looking for new members for sales managers to work remotely with our team.
We currently have a new sales manager position available for an experienced professional to join our fast-growing team. Responsibilities will include dealing with a portfolio of key clients as well as managing translation projects from quotation stage to final invoicing. What we are looking for is a hardworking individual with a positive “can-do” approach to assist us in delivering a customer-oriented service of high quality.
Responsibilities
• Co-ordinate the translation projects from customer enquiry to final project delivery
• Analyze the customers’ documents.
• Liaise with customer to clarify project parameters, assist with any queries or changes in the project scope
• Negotiate deadlines and rates with existing and new clients.
• Train and mentor junior members of the team
Essential Skills
• A minimum of 1 year experience as a sales manager or equivalent experience.
• Flexibility to work independently, as part of a team but also under supervision
• Customer focused, keen to exceed client expectations
• Ability to tailor workflows according to client needs
• Understanding of key financial principles
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with different file formats.
• Detail orientated with the ability to multitask
• Excellent problem solving, decision making and analytical skills
• Communication, negotiation and organization skills
