Mid-level Marketing Project Manager

SEM is a busy, growing digital agency with clients all over the West Coast, many that have been with us since day one of the business. We have contractors throughout the United States and beyond. Our projects are run on the Jumppl project management system and Google Drive. This will be a 5-hour a week commitment to start with the opportunity to take on more clients as ability to manage clients effectively is proven. We are looking for a PM that can guide projects from on-boarding through monthly deliverables. This role works closely with the Founder/CEO and Senior Project Manager. Project management: Manage and oversee the development of creative for review by clients. Input and monitor projects based on budget, timeline and contractors. Manage client relations as needed, including running client status meetings and creating monthly reports. Oversee every aspect of the client deliverables, managing deadlines and scope for contractors across the globe that handle design, development, content writing, social media, reporting, etc. Marketing and PR: Manage advertising opportunities for the agencies Oversee content, production and distribution of all marketing and publicity materials (posters, program, flyers, mail outs, brochures etc) with CEO and Senior Project Manager A minimum of two years of experience working with a CEO, Investors and committees. College graduate or equivalent experience. Proven skills in business and financial management. Technologically savvy and interested in staying current with developments in hardware, software and the web. Demonstrated ability to work in a proactively diverse and inclusive organization. Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills. Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise a staff and IC team. Effective problem - solving and mediation skills. Demonstrated ability to share skills and knowledge with others. Proficiency with office computer equipment, software and the cloud. Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast - paced office setting. Proven ability to cope with conflict, stress and crisis situations. Specialized Skills Experience with web design, web hosting, Google and/or Facebook ad campaigns, social media content, or advertising software, including Wordpress, DRUPAL, Salesforce,or other CRM and project management software is helpful .
