Client Success Manager

We are a software development firm looking for Client Success Manager
- Must be from North America
- Must have very good English
- Must hop on client calls and ensure the client is consistently happy
- Must interact with our Dev ops team and communicate updates to the client
- Must work with the team on making changes the client asks
- Must have a Project manger - technical or software background
- Must be available during EST hours
Initially it will be part time 10 hours a week.
