A Tiny Programme . I have two sets of .CVS files of all my patients . I need a programme that can be opened on any PC ie .exe. file (not networked) that can search for the patient File .Once the patient is identified to choose one of three files to be opened . Then to be able to scroll through all the patient records in that File .And to be able to download the pdf or print it .Thats all no new records etc .The Data is all there .Merely look for it ,peruse it ,download it or print [login to view URL] programmer needs to ensure the Data is is in tables and the relationships for each patient relating to the data is maintained .The programme( program and the data) can be written in any "language" as long as it is and .exe. file which I can install anytime .So no backups .If the prgogram does not work i merely uninstall and [login to view URL] are possibly two and reports x3 .Tables will depend on how the programmer sets up the data
