1) I would develop a software for that folder. Put it in encrypt database (SQLite3 would do the job). And have them use software to see whats inside. When time is out. Simply delete relevant records and do a "vacuum" of the database not to have even encrypt information remaining in the file. 2) There may even be two applications, one to prepare packages (for keeping multiple different folders for example) and client application (running on your customer) will read and import prepared packages i its local database. Be informed that pictures, documents or anything displayed on the screen is very easy to do a screen capture and save as a picture file. Or, use a physical camera to take pictures of the screen in extreme cases.
