Booking engine customized (checkfront)

have 2 vacation rental sites, 1 Wordpress the other HTML5... I have a problem I am hoping you can solve.

I can’t book single nights, the cleaning costs and risks make it not worth while. This is where my problem starts. If someone books a series of nights with a 1 day gab in-between checkin or check out dates of another customer I loose a day that I could have otherwise rented.

To solve this I need a system that checks, when someone does a search for nights, if the desired booking would cause a 1 night gap. It would need to see if there is a minimum of 2 days between bookings or no days between bookings before approving the transaction. If this criteria is not met, the client would get a prompt screen telling them that they would need to bridge the 1 day gap to complete the order or leave a 2 day window.
