Automated Fitness Application that will interact with a mobile app and website

Starting a fitness programming company. The program begins with an initial screening of 16 areas focusing on mobility and strength. Each of the 16 areas are given an assessment of 1-10, 1 being needs significant work, 10 is maintenance. The client would then enter in their own scorecard in to our system, which will include a phone application and/website options, and it will create a profile for the client. The system will then create daily exercise programming based on where they currently have been assessed to improve all aspects of their fitness but in particular to improve their abilities. We will generate exercises for each level of each assessment area that will generate improvement in that area. For example, a client has entered in their assessment and it is a 4 for thoracic spine mobility and a 7 for hips and a 3 for ground generating power as well as the other areas. The program would automatically pull day 1’s workouts for each of these assessment areas and corresponding levels and generate a workout. Once the person marks it complete, the next day they log in, it would pull day 1 for other areas. Fast forward to all areas being complete, it would pull day 2 for assessment areas. To the client, it would look like somebody custom programming a workout to work on their weaknesses, but it is really just taking them from where they are to where they want to be.
