PowerShell commands fail when launched from Windows Command Line

I have a script that joins computers to domain and renames the computer as well.
It works when I paste the command in to PS or CMD, but in a batch file, one PS command fails to execute.
I need help to find why its failing to execute from CMD batch script and fix it so that it works.
