Create a SCADA system and HMI -- 3

The job is to program an Allen Bradley 1400 PLC, let it record I/Os on mySLQ, and control it via HMI. HMI must be done in Visual Studio. The HMI will not only control the system, it should also show video from CCTV System. We will have multiple PLCs all linked to multiple Cameras. The HMI will show 1 Site at a time. Each Site has one PLC and One Camera. We should be able to add multiple sites to the system by simply adding the PLC IP and the Camera Link. All times mentioned below, should be user changeable per site. All code to be provided. The system must work with Multiple PLC of the same model, and view a specific camera for each PLC chosen 1. Integration with Aimetis Video for Viewing and Control of Video on HMI Screen. The SDK for the Camera system is here [login to view URL] 2. The PLC to record all changes in Inputs and Outputs to a Redis Database 3. HMI Screen to allow us to control PLC, and all commands sent to PLC Recorded on Database 4. Show Status of All Inputs 5. Ability to Control Inputs Individually 6. Set system Automatic ON and Automatic OFF times which will activate all Outputs 7. Input 1, if activated, will turn on all Outputs for X Time, regardless of system OFF Time, even if no connection to PC 8. Input 2, if activated, will turn on all Outputs for X Time, but will not activate if past System Off time or before System On time, even if no connection to PC 9. If Input 2 is not activate for X Time, a warning comes up on the HMI. 10. If connection lost, the PLC will update Database when connection restored. 11. PLC to initiate connection to server once internet is connected as opposed to Server connecting to PLC. This is to avoid Port Forwarding and needing Public IPs.
