Complete work order database. Sales person fills out work order form with complete detail, project mgr assigns work order to staff, ability to generate invoice, mgt can view existing work order and work create schedule, link p.o. for materials to work order, able to attach sample graphics to work order. web interface, php coding with database admin interface. Will want to contract out ongoing general maintenance work after project is complete. Sample manual work order and invoice are attached along with more details. Must ry and get as close to current work order and invoice format as possible. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. If no installer is available, coder will be responsible for configuring the program(s) to working order. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform MySQL database running on win2k server or linux, data entry via web pages. Must be browser compatible with Microsoft IE, Mozilla, Opera
