We have a website that currently needs some changes to make it suit our requirements better. We know what we need but require your help to get it done.
Currently have Gravity forms in place for contribution listings (members) and WP job listings and subscriptions for advertised listings (advertisers). Below is an outline of requirements, in depth document will be provided to successful freelancer (27 pages inclusive of links and screenshots)

If a member wants to be an advertiser or vice versa they are allowed to have both a member and an advertiser account. Additional advertising will not be allowed from a members account and we will not tolerate people taking advantage of this. ^To be in T&Cs

Member can become advertiser and advertiser can be a member as well.
