wordpress theme installation and customization/modification

I need wordpress theme installation and customization/modification purchased from evanto market.. I need this installation on amazon ec2 already running (wordpress installed) i'd require some major and minor changes :- some brief description , will be more descriptive when i'll assign this after your response. Major :- 1. Theme installation will be done similar to [login to view URL] but layout design, theme colour combination and some changes are needed as this website is already running . 2. A availability calendar where host can disable certain unavailable dates. 8. Admin can book any property in case of emergency cancellation to provide guest an alternative. 9. Payumoney payment integration that will be visible to only Indian IP address. Theme already has paypal & skrill payment separate buttons need to put those under dropdown box. 10. On homepage Adding some pages with a gif header like cancellation policy, terms and conditions, privacy policy, press, Theft protection, hosting responsibilities.
