We are launching a wordpress webiste and need the following modifications done: 1. Remove default live chat and add our own 2. Add book a job form Name, email address, , mobile #, street address (includes google address lookup, device make (drop down), model, SN or Service tag (include a link / icon to show how to find), brief description of the problem, payment method (drop down) (ability to edit drop down options from back end) We should be able to add some text / links to the page where people can see info on “how to” When confirmed, a confirmation msg will be displayed to customer (ability to edit msg from back end) and add links on this page. Email confirmation to customer with some links 3. Add links under main menu 4. Fix not found errors one some pages 5. Remove "template link ” from footer on home page and any other pages it shows on 6. Change admin login from default URL to something else to avoid hacking attempts 7. Add search box to header that shows on every page 8. Show home screen footer on all pages 9. Allow for additional 1-2 simple changes. please read carefully and only bid if you are confident you can do the job. Thanks
