Hello, We need Wordpress theme (customized), We need an event registration process to be made in this WP website. Key points in the scope are: 1. Before anything, the participant will have to pay manually using mobile payment service to the shown mobile wallet account information. (its a mobile number usually). Payment instruction will be written there. After the payment is done, we will generate a 16 digit (alpha numeric) unique code from the system and will send to him as confirmation code. Using this confirmation code , the person can submit the filled registration form. so here are some bullet points of this feature: 1.1 the unique code generating capability will only be accisible by admin from backend, admins can generate and copy the code. 1.2 we will have to send the code to a mobile phone number through sms, so we need sms sending service like twillio or someting like that on backend. 1.3 the person can only submit registration after entering the 16 digit payment verification code, so the generated code should have to be in database, everytime a person inputs a code will be checked through the database, if exists then the registration form page can be submitted, otherwise not. 1.4 while generating this code, we will entry the phone number from which we got payment from and the transaction id (we will do this manually). this data will be stored in the database and this data will be accesible and visible from admin panel so that we can check any time if need. 2. What will be in the registration form filds? we will give you a picture of hard copy of registration form. Plus the 16 digit code filled , the phone number payment was sent from, transaction id. 3. A persons unique indentifier is his 16 digit payment code. so when the person clicks submit button, system will check if the payment from phone number and transaction id is matched with our database that we entered while creating the 16 digit code. if matched invitation card pdf will be generated and the download link will be sent to the person over email and mobile sms. if not mached, the person will get email and sms that his entered information is not correct and there will be a link to edit the registation form so that he can make the information correct and submit again. 4. there will be an option to make invitation card manually (pdf format) in the backend. We will be able to generate it by clicking a button for the persons who filled the form. before generating the e-invitation, we would like to check if the person has filled the form with proper information. there should be a quick access link to filled from in the backend page from where we generate invitation card. We will have to send the invitation card pdf download link to the persons mobile phone number as a sms, so we need twillio message sending option here in this page again. so the bullet points are: 4.1 we will be in the page of one click invitation card generation, 4.2 there will be a button to generate invitation card, 4.3 there will be selection pointers for whom we are generating invitation cards 4.4 we will be able to indentify if invitation card is already generated and sent over sms or not. 4.5 even if the invitation card is already been sent, we will have the option to send again (as many time as we want) 4.6 A persons unique indentifier is his 16 digit payment code. 5. what will be in the invitation card ? The image of the person, a QR code containing 16 digit payment code, name, collge batch etc. 6. There will be a QR code scan option in the page of admin page from where we generated 16 digit payment confirmation code. after scanning system should let us know by scanning the database if the invitation card is valid or invalid.
