Wordpress Development - Crowd Funding Real Estate

I require the services of a wordpress developer or agency, preferably one with real estate development experience. I need a crowd funding real estate website built with the following functionalities: 1. Admin creates and advertises properties for sale configuring the amount (goal, annual return, loan to value, number of slots, price per slot, expiry date, photographs, description, maps location) - See: [login to view URL] 2. User visits websites and sees a list of properties available for purchase, with some properties featured on the home page. The user can click to view information on each advertised property and can click on a register button to create an account. 3. Administrator receives notice of registration and can approve or reject registration with a pre-defined content template sent to the user via email / SMS. 4. Each user is able to fund a wallet and submit withdrawal requests for an administrator to process. Wallets can be funded using a credit card using Rave ([login to view URL]) 5. Using funds in a wallet, or through direct payments, a user is able to invest in an advertised property, taking up one or more of the slots for the said property (if available), and being able to track their investment using a dashboard when logged in. 6. When users are logged into their accounts, they should be able to see their total asset value, balance in wallet, number of investments, recently listed investments, portfolio and transactions.
