Wordpress child theme design based on TwentyThirteen theme - must be coded to a good standard

1. Please see attached PDF with rough mockups of different pages. 2. Responsive design, building on the framework provided in the theme. 3. Should be coded using the current Wordpress Coding standards with proper markup & clearly organised code. No encrypted code. 4. Should be designed as a child theme, based on TwentyThirteen theme by Wordpress - please only apply for this job if you are familiar with TwentyThirteen theme & confident designing a child theme using proper override templates. 5. Make the default page content area width wider than the TWentyThirteen theme. We suggest 1040pixels wide on a large computer screen. 6. Use just opensource free components & plugins from wordpress repository. 7. Include an "Accessibility button" in the top menu, as shown in the mockup, that allows users to make all the text on the page larger or smaller. 8. Needs to include a basic language switching functionality, achieved using a free plugin or your code. We need visitors to be able to switch between (initially 2 languages - english&Urdu) different translated versions of each page. Please incorporate a language switcher into the design. A language selector needs to be shown in the popup box. (see point 19 & page 1 of PDF mockups) Mainly we will be having an English version of the pages as a default, then a selector to choose the Urdu language version of the page. So we need to be able to switch each page between an english version & an Urdu version (not using a autp translator - Using manual translation & entry of text in both languages into the website.) 9. The language selector in the popup need to be shown to every new user when they first arrive. 10. The header menu & footer menus should be created using Wordpress custom menus so we can change the button links. 11. Should include a dropdown box in the top right of the page, containing a widget area, that contains a login widget styled as shown in the PDF. 12. We need to be able to select if the footer appears ON or OFF on a page. 13. Use Option Tree plugin to setup the settings of the website, insertion of logo, selection of Google fonts to use - We need to select a Google font for all body and p text. Then to select a second Google font that covers all other such as H1, h2, h3 etc. 14. Home page template needs to have a text content area that fills the page, where we could insert a shortcode for a fullscreen image&video slider - you can use a free plugin from wordpress repository. It needs to fill the whole page from edge to edge. 15. Design of a page template with sidebar, and page template with no sidebar just requires slight modifications to twentythirteen theme files. 16. All page template files need to have an option box on the edit page, to attach a Header image, that will take up the top 3rd of the screen with a parallax image. This header image will replace the page title. It will have text over the top, which can be customised as the "Page header text" and will have an option to be centred or aligned to the left. 17. All page templates need to show a featured image at the top, if one is set. at the top of the post content area. 18. Single post template files can be left as they are in the twentythirteen theme. 19. On first visit to the website we need a pop up box to appear in the center of the page, which contains a widget area. in the widget area should be 2 buttons, then a 9 picture WP gallery shortcode. Please see design mockups. 20. Develop the design on a development domain name that we can preview to take screenshots to send the shots to our client for approval. 21. We may require a very short round of adjustments to the design after the client has seen the screenshots. These will be minor changes like adjusting text sizes and positioning of elements. 22. We need to be able to view a working version of the website within 3 days of accepting the job, we then might need you to be able to provide any edits/changes within 2 days of that.
