WOOCOMMERCE/Wordpress/EXCEL/coding expert needed ASAP

I need a developer who is skilled in woocommerce and wordpress. My store is a luxury fashion store (built on woocommerce and wordpress) that showcases designers and their clothing from various cultures across the globe. The requirements are to communicate back and forth with me in order to fix various issues as well as things you notice to make the store perfect. I constantly get emails about different ip’s trying to access my website or subscribe. What can you do to prevent this?
