Website with interactive quotes system

We need to create a webpage of an arquitecture and construction small business. What we need: 1.- Home site design, with call to action for quote the main product (modular houses) and images of the products (We will provide them). The website should be inspired in something like: [login to view URL] 2.- Contact page 3.- Menu "other services" with a dropdown menu in header. We have 6 "Categories" of products that we sell. Each page should have images of the products with a little description. 4.- Catalogue page (for download the catalogues in pdf) 5.- Online quote: This is the most important thing: Users should be able to make ask for quotation online through an interactive system. Where they can add and drag and drop the modules of the house and get live quote. (Each module have a fixed price) After the user finish of adding modules to the quotation system, he should be able to click on "Finish quotation" and he should receive an email with his quotation with copy to the administrator for contacting the new lead. We want something similar to this. - Each module has m2, fixed cost. - User should be asked the location before start the quotation (Same as the attached website) The header menu should include: Home, Services (With dropdown list), online quotes, about us page, Catalogues and contact page with a form on it.
