Website - Google Ads script and spreadsheet

Hello, I am looking for a developper with advanced knowledge in Google ads script and website creation for this project. The website concept is simple : Create, manage, modify Google Ads (search) from a spreadsheet. The website should have * A static page to explain how it works and a pricing page * After login, an account page on which you can - - Get Google Ads account Authentification - - import your csv file or get it from an url - - have a visual column selector to select which are the recommended columns from Google Ads - - Possibility to make changes from one file with all the columns or separated files for Campaign, Ads groups, Keywords - - Make a schedule for imports * Have a page with logs showing the results of imports * Have a limitation on number of rows to import depending on the account level. This are the basics of the website. At the end the website must allow anyone to create an account and send their data to Google Ads to create, modify or delete any Ads. this is your mission if you choose to accept it I would like the website to be on Wordpress Do not hesitate if you need any further information.
