Software Evaluation Program (Weighted Mean Implementation) A Web-based (Php, MySQL, Bootstrap) Software that allows the evaluators rate systems based on criteria develop by us. Users (with separate dashboards) - Administrator - Manage all system data - Aside from pre-made question, admin can also add custom questions per software project to accommodate customized questions for every system u have already developed or developing right now - Evaluator - Evaluate current project assigned by the administration by invite activation code - Must access custom link per system to evaluate - not allowed evaluate system multiple times Modules Needed - Questions Management - User Management - User Registration - Account Activation tru email - Evaluation Module - System Evaluation - Generate Summary of Result - Report Generation (exporting and printing) Time Frame: 5-15 Days More details will be discussed when awarded to a successful bidder.
