Web based data analytics and algorithm development with python

Hello, The project that I am currently working on(web-based) involves having students answer questions which come from a variety of different categories. Questions will be assigned to students on a weekly basis over the course of several months. A feature that we are offering is for students to be able to take a "personalized assignment" before an upcoming test, this assignment will be different for each student. The questions that this assignment comprises of will be based on the performance of the student's past assignments and the aggregate data of the whole class. The student/instructor will provide parameters on what data to use, they will either specify between which dates to use the data from or provide which categories to use. Using the student data and these parameters an algorithm will determine what questions to assign to specific students. I need somebody to set up this algorithm and integrate it with the rest of my website. Along with this, I will need somebody to create a "grades page". In this grades page, I need the grades of each student and the aggregate grades for all students to be displayed along with statistics and graphics to better visualize/understand the grades.
