We are an Italian Meteorologic Association, our web-forum is based on vBulletin technology, please see [login to view URL]
We need to upgrade our forum from version from 4.3 to 5.6, we have already downloaded and will provide the upgrade archives.
The steps are:
1 - Update from v4.3 to v5.0
2 - Update from v5.0 to v5.6
Please note: all the upgrade process must be replicateed in an offline environment, so to check that everything works and nothing is lost during the upgrade.
Also PHP and MySql versions must be upgraded on the server, but this will be our provider's task, only when all offline tests will be OK.
Please note that we cannot allow a single day of "down" to our forum on "live" environment.
Full access to our provider's panel will be granted, also with Admin user for the forum along with everything you should need.
Download of the actual files and DataBase dump (needed for offline-testing at least 1 GB of data) will be your task after we provide all the credentials.
Please estimate time and costs.
