URDU Website (RTL) - A responsive website is needed which should be scalable (We want unlimited number of news and articles to be posted on it), mobile friendly, social and user interaction should be prime feature. Built-in Ads/Banner system with rotation is required at different locations. We want this theme - [login to view URL] All 4 of its versions should be customised for our solution. Authors/reporters should be able to register. Once approved they are capable to post under certain website category or categories or whole website. Content submitted by them should wait for admin approval before it goes live. Each news should have its featured image so that homepage has boxes with each image and its title as it's highlight. Three columns, middle for the content, left for recent news/articles and right for most popular ones. Pass phrase is "Pirates of Caribbean" Authors should be able to upload their profile photos. Security of website and regular backups are very crucial features. We will need documentation of coding and well structured code is a must. Payment will be in 3 or 4 milestones, 25% in advance, 25% when site is ready for testing. 25% when site has been tested and ready to go live. 25% one week after site is live.
