telegram channel scraper program

I need a basic telegram scraper program to allow me to enter the channels that I want it to scrape, and grab the specific information using keywords (and blackwords, which are keywords that will cause the program to skip the message and not scrape it). It will continuously run and check for those keywords across all channels I have added, then get the information it posts, and repost it in to my own channel (also which has been added to the program. Please acknowledge in your proposal and explain how you would provide a solution to make sure you could properly scrape a channel that may or may not allow posting, or adding any bot (cannot add a bot to somebody elses chat or group). Breakdown ========== Program (preferably Python) -Start/stop scrapping/posting button - Continuously monitoring all channels I have added in "Settings" tab. Under "Settings" tab - place to add and delete groups and chats to add from telegram - place to add and delete my own group name (can be multiple groups), which I also want to have an order of events. So group 1 gets posted immediately, group 2 gets posted after (X) amount of time, X will be a variable of seconds that I can enter to have a delay from Group 1, Group 3 also has "X" which would be a delay in seconds from Group 2 (I need to be able to turn on and off group 2 and 3 seperately) - place to add Keywords which will be added (CSV) to verify which posts I want it to recognize from the specified groups and repost in the Group 1. It should also be only text based and not a picture of the post. -A place for Blackwords which will allow me to filter out posts that I want it to not add. An example of a post to scrape
