What I will do (what i have understood): I have to develop in asp.net mvc(windows) or php (phalcon/code-ignitor) to connect to your API (which is already connected to sms gateway or a subscription from a vendor). User Account register and login using API. Send sms based on user subscription/quota (correct me if im wrong). by API i mean responces in JSON/XML Little about me: I am a person who is hardworking and looking for long term professional relationship which could benefit both parties.
