SMARTY PHP developer required

The application is a school management program that manages school kids in a drama school. 1. Create another Admin account 2. Teacher who are assigned with the class is not able to mark the role 3. When entering data such as adding a new student, if a field is unacceptable such as mobile phone or email, it wipes the whole form; we need a way to make it save the data. 4. Currently the data base has a field for date of birth. Can this be in Australian format rather than American? While having the DOB, we need it automatically calculates their age according to date of birth. 5. Fix incorrect spelling of ‘Registration’. Fix incorrect spelling ‘Lesson Plan Details’ on the dashboard 6. Forward button in time table need to press twice to work 7. Current application is in Smarty PHP with Bootstrap for responsiveness, Need to convert their existing application design into a similar design as to the reference site, need to maintain all the functionality and make it responsive, all modules within this application should work on different platform with no issues. 9. There are two panels into the application (Admin & Teacher panel). So we need to convert both of them into the responsive design as discussed above 10. Need new functionality to print off student class – so generate each class into a print friendly file.
