The following needs to be developed:
A single Home page (PHP, Ruby, Bootstrap) with access to a login dashboard that has an SSL encryption. On this Dashboard ONLY the administrator is authorised to
provide access to multiple users via logins (individual registration not allowed)
Such a user (administrator?) can setup multiple non-public profiles (a kind of a file) with the following data:
1. Profile pictures
2. Alias Names
3. Domicile
4. Date of birth
5. Place of birth
6. Hair color
7. Eye color
8. Height
9. Weight
10. Body stature
11. Skin color
12. Sex
13. Nationality
14. Profession
15. Tatoos and other physical characteristics
16. Text field. 2500 characters
After the user has sucessfully setup a profile, he or she can send an email or a push notification to the APP user. (All across the state or in a certain region of the state)
If needed, the profile can be shared on Twitter, Facebook and other such platforms.
APP:
An App needs to be developed together with such a dashboard. (with an API intgeration)
In this App normal users should be able to register (E-Mail-, Facebook-, Google-, Twitter-Login).
Login details should include only Name and Email address. The confirmation of receipt would be sent through a push notification.
After receipt of the push notification or the email, the user should be able to view the profile that was sent from the dashboard user.

Eine einzelne Startseite (PHP, Ruby, Bootstrap) mit Zugang zu einem Dashboard per Login inkl. SSL Verschlüsselung.
In diesem Dashboard kann NUR ein Administrator mehrere Benutzer mit eigenen Zugang einrichten (Keine eigene Registrierung der Benutzer möglich).
Diese Benutzer können verschiedene, nicht öffentliche, Profile (Eine Art Kartei) von Personen mit folgenden Daten anlegen:

5. Geburtsdatum
6. Geburtsort
7. Haarfarbe
8. Augenfarbe
9. Größe
10. Gewicht
11. Körperstatur
12. Hautfarbe

16. Tattoos und andere Köpermerkmale
17. Textfeld: 2500 Zeichen
Der Benutzer kann nach erfolgreichem Anlegen des Profils eine E-Mail und eine Pushmitteilung an APP-Benutzer senden. (Landesweit, oder nur in bestimmten Regionen des Landes)
Bei Bedarf kann dieses Profil auf Facebook, Twitter und Co. geteilt werden.
APP:
Zu diesem Dashboard soll eine App programmiert werden (mit API Anbindung)
In dieser App können sich normale User anmelden (E-Mail-, Facebook-, Google-, Twitter-Login).
Anmeldedaten sollen nur Name und E-Mailadresse enthalten. Weiterhin sollte die Zustimmung zum Erhalt von Pushnachrichten erfolgen.
Nach Erhalt der Pushmitteilung, oder der E-Mail, sollen Benutzer sich das ihnen, durch den Dashboard-Benutzer, gesendete Profil ansehen können.
Darunter ein Button: Benutzer kontaktieren.
