sales and accounting web app in php and mysql

we are construction equipment rental and maintenance company. our activities included repairing machines and providing machines on rental basis for daily, weekly, monthly or project basis. i am looking for a web app to install on my web server written in php and mysql. web app should be able to do the following. the web app should be hackproof and responsive (mobile friendly) 1. create/edit/delete equipment profile 2. create/edit/delete vendor profile and vendor contacts 3. create/edit/delete customer profile with multiple customer contacts 4. generate quotations for equipment rental 5. generate quotations for equipment repair 6. generate quotations for equipment sale 7. should save quotation revisions 8. generate rental order / repair order / sale order (with or without reference of quotation) 9. allocate equipment to rental order for deliver 10. generate delivery order based on rental order/ sales order 11. generate one time invoice for completed sales order 12. generate periodic invoices for rental equipment and keep track of how many days have been invoiced and how many days have not been invoiced. in invoice there should be provision of discounting the days. 13. the purpose of this web app is to track which equipment is rented out how many times to which clients and whether the rented period has been billed and the payment is recieved or not. 14. there should be seperate forms to cancel the rental order, off hire and equipment, and return the equipment to company premises, and close the order only once the equipment have been returned. 15. sometimes we have breakdowns. our equipment breakdown and we provide a replacement. so there should be a form to record breakdowns, and equipment replacements. 16. all expenses and income should be recorded in general journal with double entry system. 17. there should be a dashboard to see daily activity of how many quotations, invoices, delivery notes, orders, and journal entries are made 18. there should be reports based on equipment, vendor, customers, and journal accounts. 19. app should be able to generate pdf version of quotes, invoices, orders etc and store them online and email them to client. pdf should not be accessible by direct link. 20. the template of quotations, orders, deliveries, and invoices will be provided 21. app should have the ability to scan and store the corresponding signed copy of deliveries, purchase orders, invoices and rental contracts before quoting please keep in mind that there might be
